Automatically Tag Bible References In Your Website With Logos’ RefTagger
For those who run a website and are constantly referring to scripture in your posts, don’t just name drop the verse and leave the reader running to their Bible or leaving your site to check it at Bible Gateway. If you use Logos’ RefTagger plug-in, your readers can hover over the reference and get the verse right from your post without having to leave your page or their chair. It’s extremely easy to set up, and will automatically recognize the reference and give the verse when you hover over it with the mouse. Here’s what Logos has to say about RefTagger:

Check it out in action: “One of my favorite verses is John 3:16″. I just type it in the reference and RefTagger will automatically tag and display the verses. It will even recognize standard abbreviations of the reference (i.e. Gen 1:1).You can also click “More” to take you to the full chapter of the reference. RefTagger is also pretty flexible in the customization area, giving you full control, if you know your way around CSS. You can add an 
icon that is hyperlinked to the passage in Libronix (ideal if many of your readers use Logos). So when you reference “John 3:16-18″, RefTagger will turn it into this: “John 3:16-18.”
RefTagger supports all Bible book names, and will even do a group of verses. (Matt 2:1-5). I think it is important (and kind of weird) to note that it is case sensitive. Meaning it won’t recognize a reference if it’s typed as luke 2:4 or MATT 3:5. It also works over multiple versions (Luke 2:1, NIV Luke 2:1, NLT), and you can even link subject topics to any Libronix link you manually create.
RefTagger will work on just about any website or blog including: Wordpress, Blogger, ChristianBlog.com, Movable Type, Forums, CMS sites, & Wikis.
